Lovely abstract of the sea with it's waves running up on the beach.The moon looks like it's trying to shine through fog or smoke. Not a big fan of abstracts but this is an exception. Susan

Definitely a lovely painting.
But what type of mixed media did you use, just curious.
You have a way with using perfect colors.
The lovely sea water you have and the foaminess that you have added is nice.
Your sun make it look like you can see its heat.

Love the colors applied here, the various tones of blue, green , yellow and white and the black adding definition and depth, I love the motion of the water and the way you have arranged this, the moon is awesome and placed in the perfect spot too! Best to you in the contest !

Very nice Sesha! I like the colors, the movement of the water and the tiny specks that make up the sand.
The moon and it's soft glow shining down on the water is very cool.

A great seascape painting and superb choice of entry for the competition, the subtle use of mixed media used carefully and in good balance to create this well layered piece of wonderful light colours of blue, white, green and yellow, that merge and harmonise fantastically to give that real sense of movement and strength of the ocean, and contrasting starkly and boldly with the darker patch in the waves crest as they roll in with power. The yellow sun stands out nicely and overall a great composition using varied and complex shapes - best of luck in the polls! :)
