This is a really nice piece of line work. I like the foliage complete with different patterns. The heron works well drawn this way. Well done.

Very nicely done Linda. There have been may photographs of Blue Herons so this drawing is refreshingly different. I am always amazed at how a talented artist like yourself is able to create such a detailed image with relatively few lines. Perhaps that is why I am no artist. I see this is for a Line Art contest. This one is definitely a Great entry. Great work here Linda and best of fortune in the contest ~ Steve

Very nicely done Linda. There have been may photographs of Blue Herons so this drawing is refreshingly different. The only thing I know about this sort of thing is that I would never try it. To me it captures the simple beauty of the breeding heron very well. Best wishes in the contest.

Linda, I think this is very well drawn. Good clean lines, varied shapes, clear subject. There is nice detail in the image and not a lot of clutter. The Egret is very well presented. Nicely drawn and well presented.
