everytime i see a photo of a pelican it reminds me of my great times in Florida and cocoa beach where both myself and my two daughters learnt to surf and its the pelicans that acted as a warning sign that there were sharks at bay so we steered well clear of the surf that day..love your shot and the structure and great clarity of your focusing

Great shot of this pelican! Love the contrast of his white feathers against the deep blue of the water. Great capture of the water and all the awesome ripples. Great clarity and focus on the bird showing a lot of details. Great lighting as well.

Super cool photograph that is fun to look at. This particular pelican with it's rumpled hair and feathers reminds me of the Einstein of the pelicans. The water is very rippled and you have captured amazing details in the subject and surrounding water. Love the angle, lighting, composition and sharp focus.
