Isn't it amazing how much kids love water. Especially huge puddles of them. I especially like the editing you have done here, the fine stop action, and also how well the little boy is standing out in spite of the heavy rain.
Your photo is also nice and sharp and it is such clear and well defined details to be seen all over. The colors are crisp and clear, and the exposure is just spot one.
I also think the cropping is fine, and the little boy has got a fine placement within the frame. I think this is a different, creative and well taken photo, and I wish you luck with the contest.

Thank you so very much! This little guy was a trip to watch. My wife and I was standing under a shelter across the street and he put on a show for us. I shot about 100 pictures.

Very well captured. He could care less and seems to be having a great time in the rain. I find the people i the background interesting because they also don't seem phased . You have caught the rain drops falling and splashing very well. Good color and focus. This almost has the feel of a painting. Good luck in the contest.

A very nice shot. I like the way he is stomping the puddle. The setting is well shown but I wish those metal fences did not obscure the adults so much. Best of luck in the contest.
