Your before and after images clearly are the same but transformed, thereby superbly meeting the criteria for this contest. Your after image reminds me of a Wedgwood porcelain box with the flowers being the relief elements. Well done!

Very well presented before and after images, the first one shows how this flower grows and gives a sense of its surroundings, it's well focused, clear to view , well composed with natural colors and tones, beautiful pale blue and white blossoms, the second one brings the image into the artistic realm with a blue background the flowers and supporting greenery beautifully arranged and framed with a blossom in each corner, it's beautiful and reading your notes, I greatly appreciate the effort ! Very well presented before and after images, the first one shows how this flower grows and gives a sense of its surroundings, it's well focused, clear to view , well composed with natural colors and tones, beautiful pale blue and white blossoms, the second one brings the image into the artistic realm with a blue background the flowers and supporting greenery beautifully arranged and framed with a blossom in each corner, it's beautiful and reading your notes, I greatly appreciate the effort ! Well presented, best to you in the contest!

Quite nice actually. I rather like the overlaid look on top of the same kind of background as in the finished painting. I also enjoy looking at three different image sizes within one picture. Can't think of a better way to present this and retain the visual interest you have here. Reasons for my five star vote.

A wonderful rendition and transformation of this floral image and a great use of the tools at hand, with a good descriptive narrative, and a well composed end result as well as overall piece. It sounds like a whole lot of work, but I think the result is worth it. A fine shot with great colors and beautiful blossoms. I don't much care for the corners though. Best of luck in the contest.
