Beautiful colors!!! There is peach, purple, pink, blue, white and black are all the many colors. I like that the reflections of the sky isn't as strong as the sky itself. Is that a house or a shop in the background. The white on the mountains almost blends in with the blue, purple sky. Great shot!!!

Fantabulous skyline--almost surreal!
Harmonious colors.
Rare phenomenon.
Sharp solid silhouette.
Ideal off centered framing.
The snow capped mountain peaks seem unrecognizable at first glance!
Placid lake is visually soothing & appealing.
Good perspective & long depth of field...
Thanks for sharing...

Lovely shades of pink and blue creating a morning bliss. Love how the water holds the reflections of the colors. Great depth and focus. The mountains are gorgeous and I love the left over pier. Thanks for sharing.

Nice photo with great colors. The water reflections are beautiful, they soften the colors well. My one concern is that because of the colors the mountains in the background tend to get last and don't stand out, they seem to fade into the sky, but they are an important part of the over all shot. Not sure what to suggest. Well seen and nice image.

Thank you so much! The mountains are still in the dark as the sun is not up and over them, this was just before the sun rose, I was focusing on the pink in the sky . I appreciate your perspective.

I love the colours in this piece, the rising sun and the smooth water promising a glorious day. What a lovely place to simply sit and enjoy the view.

Hi Pat!
This view of Seward 'by the dawn's early light' certainly is an attractive picture,my friend!
The darkly silhouetted shore and the mountains in the distance offer a fine looking counterpoint to the magnificent coloration of the sky! : )

Pat,
A wonderful dramatic sunrise over Ressurection Bay & the snow capped peaks the clouds appearing to "explode" out across the heavens with the sun behind them colouring the sky in shades of pink & gold behind the lilac clouds these beautiful colours reflected on the water in the bay. Beautiful composition framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.
