Oh no, it is not your fault. Business could accomplish so much more if they did not waste so much time with meetings that usually do little more than bore the attendees to death. Your scene depicts so well how I felt about all the committee meetings I had to attend at the school board. I especially like the figure with the green face who has become ghastly ill from boredom.

I think you are entirely right about the proliferation of meetings. Most seem like a desperate attempt to fill up the day with excuses to justify the paycheck that all these people draw. A great painting that captures the futility of this meeting of the minds quite well.
