This is a beautiful photo of very beautiful tulips. I do not think I ever heard of fringed tulips so thank you for introducing me to them.

This is such a lovely shade of pink, with the frilly edges in white. Well placed within the frame , the dark background brings them forward for a close look, nice detail in the petals. Very well presented!

I am always impressed when a photographer truly succeeds in what they are trying to accomplish. This photo was taken in less then perfect circumstances so the artist adjusted for the conditions. Then they used their skill to improve on what they had photographed. The results are wonderful.

Gracie ~Lu! The Fancy Fringed Tulips are nicer that Parrot Tulips. These are a hybrid with their fancy Fringed edges. The color is simple Gorgeous! Beautiful use of natural light, dark background, sharp focus, controlled white balance, crisp details and fine placement within the frame.

Gracie ~Lu! The Fancy Fringed Tulips are nicer that Parrot Tulips. These are a hybrid with their fancy Fringed edges. The color is simple Gorgeous! Beautiful use of natural light, dark background, sharp focus, controlled white balance, crisp details and fine placement within the frame.

Fantastic! The black background really makes the tulips pop. Even the bit of green of the stem is pronounced, but subdued enough to not distract. You capture the color variations in the petals so well that I would almost swear this is a painting. The colors look like brush strokes.
