This is cool. I like how the seed is lightly sitting there. I love the darl and light background. Great exposure. Details are good and it's very sharp.

Great job. Good luck.

Nice almost monochromatic shot. This looks like a milkweed seed, but it could be some type of dandelion as well. I like the single seed resting on the edge of the curved plate or ledge. The lighting creates a nice background for the shot. Well seen.

    sounds good to me.

good artist notes , but the dandelion is hardly seem since the viewer eyes are pulled to the plate curve

also, the light on the left is too bright and distracting

thanks for sharing

This is an amazingly artistic macro of this dandelion seed. I love the black and white look and the single solitary seed on this circular platform. This is an excellent capture that has a tiny sparkle in the seed that is amazing. The light and shading in this shot is outstanding and I wish you the best in the competition.
Definitely very artistic as well
as a great contender.

Oh good notes Linda....and such an interesting image. Dandelions- yuck....lol I try really hard to mow them now before they go to seed like the one in your photo. They are tough little buggers to keep down though.

Your little seed head here is crisply shown w/ excellent exposure. What is it sitting in?? Can't figure out if it's a leaf or what?? I like it though. Wonderful title too. Best of luck w/ your piece in this contest.

OMG! That is soo cool!! Very creative shot. You can see all the strings of it. Not to sure what they're called. But this is a interesting, and good entry for the contest. I really like the black and white effect you have created. It really makes the seed shine!! Thank you for sharing this cool creation! :D
