Beautiful texturing and shading. I like the highlights and their placement, especially along the petals. The definition in her clothing is very well done also. Great description too. Thanks for sharing:)

Awe, Thumbelina is just adorable as she sits in a very Lady like position in the flower , the flowers shows us how tiny she is! She has the cutest face and long brown hair, I like her blue head piece that matches her dress and tiny shoes .this is very well created with awesome detail and a wonderful color palet , it's so much fun to view, it's a great entry for this contest too! Best to you!

Very nicely done painting of Thumbelina. You have placed her on a flower. This lets you know how small Thumbelina is in relation to the flower. It gives it a nice perspective. The art is nicely framed and has good color choices with the blues, yellows and reds. Good luck to you in the contest.
