Great pastel drawing of these lovely calla lilies. The orange goes great with the contrasting green of the leaves. The dark background really helps bring all your attention to the flowers.

This is a very nice art piece. I love calla lilies. I finally broke down and bought myself some this spring. They are a lovely dark magenta color. I hope they flourish and do well.

I love working on black, and at one time put all my life drawings onto black paper, was known for it at the life drawing groups to which I went. This is the same, the colours stand out, the shapes are beautifully delicate and the effect is fantastic..
