It is indeed great leading lines in this photo, and an impressive looking landscape. I especially like how well you have captured the fine textures of the rocks, and I also appreciate the nice and natural colors.
Your photo is also crisp and clear showing sharp and well defined details, and the exposure is just perfect.
The format and framing is very good and with the curve of the river off to the right, it is a good balance in the composition. A truly lovely and well taken photo, and with an excellent DOF.

A Six is what this deserves but all I can give is a cyber six. For this beautiful shot US National Parks West with the river flowing deep in the canyon the sun lighting up the cliff faces at the bend in the river & canyon. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

I like your POV very much. The deep angle allows us to observe the detail of the canyon walls and we can observe the textures of the stone and the river below. I like your natural colors. The contradiction between the shadowed area in front and the sun lit area and blue sky in the background is intriguing.

Okay bud. 6 stars for this. I would give you a 7 if I could. This is one of those shots were you can feel and smell the air and hear the water. And makes me long for the parks of the west. I really need a vacation and this is where I want to go!!

Overall think you took a fair photo of this place,but I think and please tell if i,m wrong,i think because of the high sides of the mountain I would have opted for a vertical photo,but I could be wrong..Brian
