I think this place would be nice in the spring and summer too lol,,what a beautiful view, yes the fall gives it the colours, but the new green leaves and the smell of spring is awesome too,,Ill go in the spring and summer and you can have the fall lol

What a fantastic shot of this homestead tucked away,surrounded by the colorful splendor of the autumn woods.You have nicely framed this home off center so that our eyes are drawn up thru the riot of color, then on to the mountain peak above.Many thanks for sharing this tranquil scene!

Autumn color is my favorite time for landscape shooting. You are so right there is something magical, inspiring and calming about the mountains in Autumn.
This is very fine shot of fall color.
I like the overlapping levels of ridges to the summit - a natural rule of thirds framing.
The colors are strong and vibrant.
The over cast with a low lying mist sets the mood perfectly - makes me want to sip a hot toddy.
Camera settings are well established and have produced a high resolution image of good contrast, color and tonal range.
Good initial impact with excellent framing.

A lovely cacophony of color spreading up the hillside. I miss the fall in the North East. My favorite time of year.
I can smell the cold wetness from here, along with the pungent odor of decaying leaves.
