Beautiful! I like the black and white rendition. It reminds of those excellent copper plaid of prints of drawings and the earliest photographs in some old magazines and table books. The sharpness of detail in the background is exquisite. The perspective reminds of paintings of old masters like Casper David Friedrich. It is incredible how the small figures of the man and his dog draw the eyes of the viewer always back from exploring the beautiful landscape.

It is hot here too. We are 3 degrees above average but for the desert area of South Texas that is not unusual. I have fans in each room and my airconditioning works hard just to keep 80 at my place. ~Cleo :o)

Wowsers, this is rather impressive! Loving the eerie vibe with the black and white yet the landscape itself is very magical rather than spooky. Great composition with the tree and subjects in the foreground. How long does something like this take to put together? Beautifully done, I would love to visit there.

I wish I had six stars six left. This is stunning. I love that leafless tree and the craggy cliff the man and the dog are stands no on. I want to live in that cabin across the lake where I could view that waterfall every single day.
