I was going to ask if you were on the west coast with me...lol.

I love the framing, lone person and depth of this image. Well done.

A nostalgic scene...
Melancholic image.
An artistic rendition of an off-centered human subject...
Solid silhouette with crisp & clear outline.

I'd consider cropping the sky area a bit...
Just a friendly suggestion.

Monochromatic colors. Excellent details & features. Impressive setting & textures. Thanks for sharing...

Lovely shot here. It has so much feeling to it. The solitude of the woman walking toward the storm is very moving. I love that you can see the windmills on the horizon just under the storm clouds. You managed the light well to provide a lovely shine on the water. Very nice.

Nice Nikman. I totally feel this one. The coming storm and the lonely figure, head slightly down, walking into it bravely.
The long view into the horizon, leads the viewer on a psychological journey with the subject. Why the storm is all to real, is there also a parallel narrative going on here? Is the subject facing an internal storm of sorts that they need to face?
A very well captured shot.

Nik,
A beautiful & atmospheric picture of the lady in silhouette walking along the water's edge the sun dancing on the surface of the Irish Sea while in the distance over the Wirral a storm is breaking& the sky darkening & the breeze becoming a wind. Artistic composition framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

You certainly have caught the mood of this scene so very well. I am glad you kept the lone woman in the shot. Her silhouette juxtaposed against the distant storm clouds and downpour sets the mood so well.

The take is well captured with good placement of subject in frame.

The entire scene is well
focused, the image is clear and well exposed.

Color range is narrow, near monochrome, but all colors are rich and lush and complement each other very well.

Incidentally, I like the Wind Farm in the far background - a touch of modern times ... B-)) Bob

This is a great capture of the "everywoman" walking at the edge of an oncoming storm. A very powerful piece that captures the current zeitgeist of the #MeToo movement. Your piece speaks to me on an intellectual and personal level. Thank you for sharing such a special work.

Like very much how you've framed this one Nok.

The single woman along left frame and those ominous dark clouds in the distance makes for a very strong image. Nicely done.
