You did not give the locale of this building but the vibrant blue reminds me of the blue accents one sees in images from Greece. You really captured the blue tint the reflections give the steel and glass. It is quite striking.

That is as blue as it gets. A nice photo with sharp detail in the metal trim and the glass blocks. The colors are intense and the perspective is eye catching.
