You know I hold this review for 3 days as I had an empty batt when I was about to send my review! So I went home to my beach town as it was getting late already...

I like that old look but still innocent countenance.
Classic pose with enigmatic earth tones.
I like the light reflection making the windows of his soul.
The fur pattern looks like that of a panther!
Fantabulous portrait!

That head tilt only suggests he's listening to your command...

Sharply focused.
Fine facial features & smooth textures.

Dynamic diagonal framing.

Thanks for sharing...

Hi Pat thanks for sharing little Oliver.. how cute he is. With those big brown eyes gazing straight at your camera.. he looks as though he's staring right back at me.. those eyes are truly speaking out.. I can see he is an endearing little soul, full of spirit and ever so devoted to his owner.. fantastic photo that shows off his adorable markings well. loving the angle used to capture his portrait.. that tilted head adds to his delightful characteristics and his endearing appeal. the clarity and focus are perfect, showing his fine coat of fur in great detail.. t hose markings around his eyes are stunning.. giving him that soulful look.. like butter wouldn't melt in his mouth... his black tipped ears, all neatly tucked in beside his face compliment his cuteness well... and that typical pug/ Pekingese snout... oh so lovable... just need a kiss from the little fella... the addition of his delightful coat is a nice touch... giving him that classy appeal as he poses for your photo.. all his 14lbs of adorable self, certainly shine through in this epic shot.. love the dark background.. it contrasts and compliments well with his coat of many colours.. a lovely way to frame his face.. thanks for sharing little Oliver in all his glory... may he bring joy to all those he meets... his little face radiates love which definitely emanates from within. a delight and pleasure to review. cheers mel

You captured such a cute expression on Oliver's face! The lighting is very nice and gives us a good look at his fur. Nice catch lights in the eyes. I like the little shirt he's wearing.

This pug is just adorable.
What an excellent photograph with amazing detail and such a cute expression. You've captured the colors and textures in him so well
it feels like you could just pet him through the screen. Really a beautiful portrait of this dog. Pleasure to view.

Thank you so very much Marsha, we got Oliver when he was just eight weeks old, he could fit in my hand, my sister went with me and she got his brother! The next day a friend of mine saw him and ended up going out and getting another brother! He is such a joy ! I really appreciate your wonderful review!

Before collies I had two pugs. Simply love their quirky personality. They make such great pet portrait dogs. You can see his "what are you trying to tell me" look in his eyes. Great photo!
