Wow - so that's what I look like. I too am a caretaker and it is draining. You have pictured our plight perfectly. Love the choice of colors and the tears/raindrops. Thank you for sharing and keep up the good work and remember - take care of your self.

Your story personifies the desperate situation that exists and your art very well illustrates the desperate feelings that must surely eliminate from those afflicted. A sad but beautiful rendering artwork.

Good artists notes .....and love that you put your passion for art into telling this story. These situations are so hard on families and care givers are effected drastically. Good facial expression and emotion portrayed....nice use of vibrant colors. Your use of light and shadows is effectively used to convey your story. A creative and talented art work. thanks for sharing.

Powerful initial impact: here you show this caretaker, with tears and such a defeated expression on her face, she is so tired and worn out from trying to keep up with caring for her loved ones every day, she does the best she can but still feels helpless as she knows the situation will only get worse. Very well rendered , this sad woman with grey hair, her eyes are so sad ( impressive to view the emotion) she still carefully puts herself together every day with a nice green/ blue sleeveless dress and a turquoise bead necklace. I like the blue background and the tears! Very well presented Linda! I am going to keep you in my prayers!

Thank you so much, MK. It is kind of how I feel today. Had to put my brother in rehab in NC on Thursday and they are not taking good care of him. May have to go back up if I cannot get social worker on the ball with VA. Thanks for your support.
