This is a beautiful shot. The clarity and exposure are wonderful. I like how well those tiny, spiny bits on the legs stand out, as well as the eyes. The lighting is very flattering. You are the only person I know who can make a crab look cute!

A brilliant, close up picture of this large Crab on the beach searching for food the sun shining from behind so it casts. Shadows on the sand to it's right. Beautiful composition framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

Wow you must have been up close to this fellow and lying on the floor to get this great shot. Clearly very dedicated. Well your work paid off nicely - love the lighting, contrast, composition and detail. I think I may have been tempted to bring out the orange very slightly. Great contest entry - good luck.

A very good close up of the crab. Nice detail and lighting indicating that it is either early or late in the day. The shadows in the bg add an urgency to the crab's journey. Nice colors.

What a AWESOME shot you have here. No modifications. This is in its purest form reminds me All Creatures great and small the Lord made them all. Your colors are muted with the sand. I wonder, was this taken at the Golden hour of dawn or sunset? This little guy also reminds me of Pixar animation creatures. I adore the sea. The waves are like fingerprints. No two are ever alike.
