Yes wouldn't it be cool...a stairway to heaven. I like the destination which seems sorta otherworldly (isn't that the point). You do such cool work and so much of it. Do you ever rest? Ha Ha. Love the colors and layers!

Nah..work 40 hrs a week at Walmart and try to do everything else after.. including life..lol. this year I haven't cranked them out like I normally do. Thanks for the great review

And,
I like your "Stairway To Heaven" piece, its very interesting and I like it very much! This one is different than the other one I saw done 15 years ago by another artist.
I like how yours is different because you have the nighttime sky with the stars, the three tone blue atmosphere below with the staircase going up to the light and the man has his hands up in praise, its perfect!
I see this is for a music video so I am going to look out for more of your work because I like it!

Lol..oh yeah I was then .came out right before I joined the army. Back in those days AM radio was King and FM just was a toddler..I lived in the south so nightfall AM radio bounced off the atmosphere..so I spent a few years enjoying WLS radio out of Chicago..in I think it was either 73 or 74 it was the most requested song for the year..btw space coast huh?..well I live in Brevard county.. Melbourne, FL actually..and we consider our county is space coast..heck we got our very area code 3...2...1...lol.. wild huh?.. yeah check out the others..I give only hints of what the song is that I'm doing..no it's not the Led Zeppelin classic..the song is modern..it is pop and sung by a Grammy award winner..funny thing is I actually have 1 member guessed it after the 3rd illustration..blew my mind. I've done 19 illustrated music videos and never had anyone guess so quick. Blew my mind..oh btw..get a chance I invite you to check out any of those videos on YouTube... search for "MKFlood Presents". They are wide range of stories and topics..some will make you laugh like my cartoon series "Funnie Flowers", some will make you tap your foot from another cartoon series "Strange Critters" ("Rolling in the Deep" and "When Love Runs Out")..some might make you shed a tear like "Not easy to be Me".. now the admission is free but you gotta bring your own snacks..darn cartoons keep eating mine .wink..lol. thanks for the detailed and great review!

Just to have someone to take the time to express their opinions is really the reward itself.. even if they say it looks like crap..lol..(I don't worry about that one) I do admit I do get some 6's and of course from you .but see the challenge now is can I create another one to get your response...when respond like this review..it's like the balloons are falling down while the marching band is playing a triumphant tune..no bull..wink. I so do thank you for your support and this great review (thumbs up)

oh wow. now this is amazing! the colours are so bright. this is such a great picture. The details are incredible, down to the shadow. what kind of permanent markers do you use? I've tried them before and they always seem to dry out within like... 1 picture.

I have been working with both Sharpie and BIC pens since 1969(omg that's half century)and I have a few thousand of those in inventory..heck my travel satchel carries a couple hundred.. really it depends on the project as far as the 1 pens life span. So yes I have many of each colors. Sharpie and BIC inventory has a wide range of color. Now here is the catch..the are is no flesh color and there is no blender..I'm not paying $10 for no copic blender when I developed a technical to blend with my pens.. when you look at humans in my drawing they have an average of 4 or more colors blended..wink. Glade ya liked this and I thank you for the awesome review

My goal is year end.. estimate 32 drawings to make it pan out..the only that is gonna slow me down is working on the grandkids drawings for their birthdays. Getting to be a tradition..they tell what they and I draw it..my granddaughters birthday coming next month and she wants some kind of fairy poster. I'm almost finished with the sketch and try to knock it out in a few days so I can get back to this video. Thanks for the great review
