A beautiful imaginative image in which I see a Spaniel coming up out of a dive with a fish in his mouth one eye wide open watching you to seek your approval, as the water runs off it's back. Created by your knowledge of colours & paints & how one responds with another to create a beautiful & colourful image.

I was wondering how this surface stands up to the kind of moisture that necessitates the use of a coaster. I like the colors and the flow of the paints. It is certainly beautiful but am not sure how utilitarian it is.

Many thanks, Mike, for your very nice review. I'm varnishing these and applying a backing but don't know the long term life of these yet. However, I know that regular coasters that I've bought over the years don't last too long anyway so will have to see! Suzanne

This has made a wonderful abstract with the colors blending so well together it sets off the imagination to many forms of a landscape with water ,sky and trees and it gives out a calming influence. Thanks for sharing.

Suzanne, this has a magical quality, I see golden tree branches giving the impression of winter because the branches are bare, the blue tones with bits of white also feel like its winter, it could easily be a place where fairies dance and play, I see their motion. I love the texture of this coaster too! This is beautiful ! Well created and presented!
