Another marvelous clear photo showing picturesque land and bodies of water that makes me want to visit or move to Alaska! Within the quaint village encircled by water I see an old sailboat beached on the bright green grass. I wonder how it got there and what stories it has to tell! Thanks for sharing! Daphne Oberon

A beautiful image with a different foreground than I am used to seeing. A great look at this little historical village. It looks like some ot the houses are fairly new. A great scene that is well composed and shows outstanding colors.

A gorgeous landscape scene......since the composition has great depth of field it just draws the eye into your photography. I love your point of view and artistic composition. Interesting foreground with well composed natural setting. Your lighten, focus, details are excellent. Just love this vast scene with gorgeous sky, lush greenery, the village with the mountains beyond. Outstanding work and thanks for sharing.

This is a fine panaramic shot of the village! Excellent DOF. Natural colours!. You have framed it well. The light and shadows, colours and the composition have worked out well. Good effort!

Looks just like a postcard. I think the pop from the polarizing filter and HDR did the trick. Beautifully composed capturing every element in an artistic way. Truly lovely.

The view from above is interesting. It seems that all the buildings are in good shape and are still used. There is even an Air-stream RV below, next to the right corner. The colors are vivid, but I believe realistic. After looking at many photos, those vivid colors seem usual for Alaska in summer.
