This is a beautiful and very artistic composition. This variety of Columbine is especially intriguing. The colors are perfectly brought to our attention by the dark background. I like how the main flowers is surrounded by smaller flowers and blossoms in the background. The capture is overall soft, but full open flower in the foreground shows nicely defined detail at the petals and the center.

Beautiful yellow flower. Well presented. The colors are soft and well shown. The bud at the bottom draws your eye downward but in a good way. It makes you take the picture in as a whole. Well done.

How beautiful Pat. You have such an artistic eye for taking a subject, in this case several Columbine flowers and turning them into an inspiring work of art. So many simply shoot the flower and do not take the time to produce a work of artistic beauty. Love this one.
