Clear photo of a cluster of beautiful speckled star-shaped orchid-type flowers. I looked at many photos of Alaska wild orchids and saw similar types, but not these exactly. Interesting! Thanks for sharing, Daphne Oberon

A stunning shot Pat. This orchid is so dramatic. Details are good along with the focus and placement in the frame. The black background makes the orchid pop. One tiny thing: There is a light spot in the lower right corner that would benefit from being blacked out. No big deal. Great image Pat. ~ Steve

I have a bridge partner that has a room where he grows orchids. He is able to control light, heat, relative humidity, and CO2 content in the air. He grows some fantastic orchids but nothing like this Phalaenopsis. A great image with beautiful colors.
