I like the shape of this leaf as much as I like the colors. The structure is amazing. It looks like several leaves bound together in growth. I don't think I have seen one like this before. Very nice detail and color saturation. The colors are beginning to change around here too. It'll be too cold pretty soon!

The bright colors of fall come to life in this mandala style leaf. Bold oranges and yellows. Good focus and somewhat of a sense of motion. The background is not obtrusive, but could be darker. Well seen and nicely presented.

This special leaf strikes me as a very colorful natural, geometrically perfect "Fall Pinwheel". I also like the detail of plant-life behind it. Especially the tiny green stem in the viewer's bottom right corner of the photo. Thanks for sharing!! Daphne Oberon

God showing off again! I don't think we have this plant in the Lower 48. I would notice it if it were only green, but everyone surely notices it with the change of these vivid colors. Very nicely presented and perfect focus. Square cropping would have been ideal.

The seasonal change of colors in leaves is always interesting, but especially intriguing captured in this photo. The light emphasizes the leaf of many autumn colors nicely. The rounded shape of the feathery leave is eye catching. The leave is well positioned in the frame and further emphasized by the dark background.
