Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!
Holy Peck's Skipper Butterfly Of Minnesoda POP MIB. ;)
The golden sunlight really shows her off well.
Sharp focus, sweet DOF, great details and beautiful colors.

Hey!! Cha! Thank you x 1,000,000
The structure of their wings is pretty cool too. This shot doesn't show it but when they are landed they fold their wings.

Nice shot of this small skipper on lavender blooms. Its wing structure is a slightly different shape from others. Good focus with details on the skipper. The softer bloom on the flower is fine. Well seen.

Yes, I reckon folk over here in England would also believe it to be a moth! Your fine classical composition offers us an enjoyable look at it. Sharpness and exposure are good. Nicely done!

Another excellent capture my friend! The moth is tack sharp with stunning details. Your have great point of focus on him with excellent DOF to blur the background. Very interesting and beautiful butterfly, it's one that I have not seen before. I love it's position on the plant allowing a good view of its wings and the sunset gold, brown and yellow tones and even some black. Nice detail in the head and the antennas are clear. This is of course well focused, clear to view, exposure is well controlled, colors and tones appear natural. The purple flower on the right with the buds are lovely in this composition. The clear green background pushes the butterfly and flowers forward for a good close look! Well presented!

Grace,
A beautiful picture of the Lady Skipper Butterfly sucking nectar from the pale purple flowers set against the beautiful blurred green background. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

A very nicely composed shot. I like the way the flowers are present but do not detract from the insect. The extended proboscis is great and the colors could not be better.
