Blue is my favorite color so this just proves why. It's a calming color that makes you just feel happy. Love the highlights, the textures of the wood door against the stone and the way the flowers just Pop.
Fine camera techs and superb find and capture.

Very good entry for the contest. You captured a lovely scene here showing the blue gate with the beautiful Plumbago flowers surrounding it. I like the angle you used for this with the tree framing the gate as it does. Very good lighting and focus showing a lovely clear image. Great composition. Good luck in the contest. Suzanne

When I first saw your photo I thought, excellent composition!
I love the contrast of the Blue Plumbago flowers and doors with the stone wall and tree in the photo, it sort of reaches out and touches you, catches the eye.
Its such a peaceful setting, a scene that you would want to see when you go to a park.
Beautiful capture!

A lovely scene you have captured here. The composition is perfect with the doors to the left, flowers in opposite corners, The tree branch arching inward and the stones creating a frame for the door. The soft light is beautiful. Looks like it is peeking through some trees. Just a really lovely view. Good luck in the contest.

The limitation of colors lends special interest to this creation. The blue doors look like the entrance to a long forgotten secrete garden maybe even a fairy tale land of imagination. That there seem no steps to those doors and the walls seem made from natural stones of different size and shape intensifies the impression that this is a long forgotten entrance to a secrete place. The Plumbago is perfect. It goes excellently with the color of the doors, but also reminds of the castle of the Sleeping Beauty. The composition is well framed and balanced.
