The bright blue flowers in the upper left and bottom right, center the brighter shade of blue (door) for a beautiful representation for blue. - Angel Knight

a great find and a great entry to the blue color contest, really out of the box; I like the composition with the blue plumbago flowers framing the Greek blue door;

Hi and thank you for sharing this absolutely delightful setting in your photo.. love the angle used to capture your scene.. the balance is just perfect and reflects how the beauty of nature and man made inclusions can co exist in true harmony. The blue timber doors have their own story to tell, with that glorious colour tone that offsets the plumbago flowers so elegantly. The rustic appearance on the paintwork gives them a homely appeal and blends with the surroundings nicely.. the stonewall with its earthy hues has great character as it serves to house the doors and bring privacy to the dwelling behind. provides a pleasing border with a natural embrace.. the wall in the foreground has an interesting structure and its unique selection of rocks makes it a showpiece in itself. Love the positioning of the old arching tree trunk on the right.. the barky exterior seems to house many living organisms , which bring their orange and creamy hues into view.. a raw and natural delight in your scene which helps to compliment the lush green foliage loosely hanging from above .. the plumbago vine , boasting its beautiful big blooms of blue offer such a cheerful and joyous emotion to the scene.. and what a wonderful complimentary colour to enhance the blue doors.. the rock wall that extends beyond the doors in the background has an intriguing appearance to the mind's eye.. as the distant foliage seems to cling to its surface, steadily creep upward towards the sunny sky above. There is a very enchanting and charming appeal to this view before my mind's eye.. and one even has opportunity to imagine what lies beyond those doors.. offering that extra intrigue and mystery to your well exposed photo.. great amount of lighting and perfectly in focus, make this even more appealing to the eye.
what is most compelling is that marvellous balance of nature and man made structures using raw materials and a little imagination. thanks for sharing your scene that has been truly a pleasure and a treat to review. best wishes in the contest. cheers mel

It is a beautiful scene. I like this composition and the depth of field that keeps the whole thing so sharp. The weathered blue doorway and bit of wall are fantastic and the flowers are superb. Best of luck in the contest.
