This pattern and the colors give the coaster such a lovely galaxy impression to it. I like how the purple area is nebula like. You created some attractive shapes in addition to the great color combinations.

Getting a little finesse with your technique I see. And, you are expanding your color pallet. Nice. I see a sand dollar in the center surrounded by abstract sea water moss within a tidepool setting. Very nice. Reasons for my five star vote.

It looks celestial like a galaxy of stars in the heavens.

Oh how beautiful! Here, I see both the sea and the sky, right in the center is a sea star sitting on a pebble at the bottom of the sea, the light from above reaches down into the water,lighting up the pebbles and sea plants. The colors here are working together to create a magical scene! I love the way she shows the depth and the textures. Very beautiful to study! I wish I had a six left to award this one!
