Your central composition is engaging. So beautifully captured using chiaroscuro techniques so nice the way the directional light is falling on the subject. Since the eyes are so sharp they just draws you into your photography. Spectacular lighting and your play with light and shadows brings this cat's personality to life. I like your POV and dark key approach. It reminds us that cats love the night and the cat still draws our eyes. His mesmerizing eyes seem to look directly at us. The paint filter brings the texture of the coat and the colors of the cat out, but does not take the natural look away.
This is indeed a pleasure to view.
