A wow capture..the angle of the shot the terrain, water, mountainous skyline and colorful sky view with wall clouds is great. The clarity is great. The capture of the light is great. The image is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. Good eye and great job overall

What a beautiful morning. The layers of this is wonderful. The dark warm trees, the sunshine reflecting, the layer of land and water, the strong deep mountains, lightening up with the fluff of the clouds and gentle morning skyline. Beautifully captured!

Homer Split most be a wonderful place for a weekend trip or vacations. The view over the bay and the mountains into the beautiful sky is outstanding.
I like also how the morning light touches the top of the trees in the foreground. The autumn leaves seem aglow touched by the light of the emerging sun.

You might consider making your image more horizontal by cropping the sky down to the 2 dark clouds on the right of your picture.

Wow, Pat!!! This is a great photo to put out! It will make people think of Fall so much more!! I love that the trees are orange, red, brown and yellow. Then, there is a little city. After that, there are beautiful and extraordinary mountains! Each and everyone is different! And at the very top there is this peach color in the sky!!! I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!

Another heart stoppingly beautiful scene over looking Kachemak bay with the trees in the foreground dressed up in their beautiful Autumnal colours while the Homer Spit goes out into the bay on the far shore the mountains rise up the white fluffy clouds struggling to rise up over the peaks the wind driving them along the vallies, above them a bank of dark grey clouds is blowing across the heavens above them the lightening dawn sky is coloured gold by the rising sun. Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.
