I love photographing ghost crabs,generally the highlight of my vacation. They are exceptionally fast,usually takes both of us to run one down in an attempt to keep it from reaching it?s burrow or making a dash for the surf. Occasionally you can come across one that tends to ignore you,such as this one.Which I greatly appreciated since I had to lay prone on the sand to get the waves in the background!

I love it's position in the frame and love the blurred background, the crab is clear to view and well focused, shows good detail throughout, is well exposed , the colors and tones appear natural, very well composed and presented, a pleasure to view!
