Wow, that werewolf is one hideous and nightmarish looking creature! I like how he looks like he is reaching almost outside of the scene. The light on his fur is flattering. The other elements look good too and fit the theme perfectly. Great tombstone!

How nice of the monsters to oblige to your surgeries. The all look like escapees from a Hollywood movie. I like especially the big hairy creature trapped behind the iron fence, whatever he is. I think the skeleton is related to who ever is still among the family. The skeleton looks so sad and lonely.
The work you have done with your mixed media tools is impressive. The light and colors work well together. The creation is balanced and well framed. My Werewolf just barked an apprising woooooohhhhhfff. Happy Halloween! He, He,Heeeee

I think the skeleton is related to who ever is still among the family. The skeleton looks so sad and lonely.

It is easy to see that it is soon Halloween, because a lot of people send art with this theme right now, and the chops are full of Halloween props. I think you are right Helvi, this looks like a werewolf, and you have indeed captured this horrific scene well. I especially like how well you have used the light, and also the colors.
Your photo is also nice and sharp showing such clear and well defined details in all the items, and the exposure is just perfect.
I also like the items you have added, but I think this photo also would have looked great without. But I suppose you also wanted to use some well know Halloween stuff. The format you have cropped the photo into works well, and it is a good balance in the composition.
A truly great looking and well taken photo with a good DOF, and I wish you luck with the contest.

Hi mamamary, Thanks for the wonderful review. IN answer to your question about the skeleton being red. I was adding a creative touch. On Halloween nothing is normal so why not give the skeleton a new look. :o) He's also red because of the light from the Jack 'O Lantern. I thought it would give the skeleton a more intense look. I don't think anything is off limits when it comes to Halloween. By the way if the fellow in the image is around I won't be at my house either! LOL Thanks so Much for stopping by! :o) Helvi
