He is simply Adorbs!
Like that he is looking at you. Fine focus, great eye clarity and crisp details from skin peeling to water drops.
Everything is working here, but I would have cropped more on left and worked on the blurred leaf in foreground by using Guassian blur to smooth it out.

I can't believe that I think this guy is super cute :) I like how you caught him looking out of the corner of his eye. The detail of his body texture shows nicely and the light emphasizes him well and makes him stand out from the the other greens of his surroundings. The water droplets look good too.
