The composition on this photo is excellent. The lighting of the green leafs and the damselfy against the darkness behind it is perfect. I like the way you framed it. The focus is clear and crisp. Overall, a very fine photo.

It is a good photo but personally I would have done a tight crop and got rid of some of the bright spots surrounding the subject. Further the green leaves are distracting and takes your attention away from the subject. Damselfly is in good focus and have sharp details. Thanks for sharing.

A beautiful stop action picture of the Green damsel Fly alighting on the Pyracantha leaf with ripening berries in the background the sunlight glistening off it's gossamer wings & eyes while highlighting the head, throax & long abdomen. all standing out from the circle of darkness behind them. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.
