Ahhhmazing Story Captain!
I bet you heard and saw the Flying Dutchman with Captain Davy Jones at the Helm.
Your story telling abilities are the best on Far and your creative use of various filters used to create this fine capture are incredible.
Fun, creative and awesome.
Nice work ;)

Rrrrr that I did me First mate. And if it were not for the fact that me wooden leg keeps getting water logged (termites you know) I would have gone out there to reclaim me ship. She is Mine and ol' Davy is treating her quite badly it seems. She was not built for hyper jumps like this. I Will get me ship back, Mark me words mate! I do thank ye for the Grand review and a Captains Rating. An Extra Grog to go with your swill tonight mate! ~ The Captain

what an excellent tale you have spun for us,Steve! Thiis shot is definitely inspired and well-conceived,you took what would have been an ordinary shot and made it into something extraordinary.Sometimes we are in a certain place at a certain time for a reason, and an inspired idea comes to us from out of nowhere,or so it seems.Thank you for sharing your special talents and visions with us! :) LeeAnn

Wow! Thank you so very much LeeAnn for your more than complimentary review and inspiring comments. In all truth LeeAnn I really can' take too much credit for this or any of my photos. What happens is that God sets the scene, I simply push the button and then HE decides how the scene will ultimately be revealed. It is really cool how HE does that time after time. I am just along for the ride. But what a ride it is! You have such a gift of insight LeeAnn. That is no accident you know. Enjoy the ride! Thank you again my friend ~ Steve

Actually think Steve your description is a bit tongue in cheek, still gave me a chuckle, have seen these boats before, think it one of those tourists boats you come across in some holiday resorts,
As for the photos think the burst of light or what it is,does tend to overall this image, would however try to get different ones of this boat...Brian

Thanks Brian. Yes this is a tourist boat that sails round the Bay of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. I have posted several photos of this boat at sunset. Much cooler looking shots. Just having a bit of fun with this one. ~ Steve

Well what ever it was or wasn't what a great fantasy artistic image!
You continue to amaze me with your excellence and talent.
I love the silhouetted ship and unknown people images against the light.
I love the smoke -like opening between sea and sky.
I love it all!
Excellent job.
And may I add I would not be at all surprised if this was a true and real image as it stands because God puts you in great places.
You are special.

AW. You are SO Kind Monica. I can tell you that I did do some after photo editing and you are so right: God always sets the scene, I push the button and then HE guides me as to what the end result is going to be. Truly I have very little to do with the whole process and just follow HIS directions. What a Great God we have huh? Thank you for your wonderfully spiritual review and Grand rating. Thank you Especially for giving HIM the credit. You are the BEST Monica ~ Steve

This appears to be straight out of a Hollywood sci-fi movie! I like the way you have presented the scene with the right colour and atmospherics. Gives an eerie feeling. Overall a fine mixed media work. Thanks for sharing!

Steve,
An out of this world sunset picture with what looks like a tall ship galleon at half mast the beam of bright light knifing it's way through the sun's disc reminds me of the search light a rescue helicopter sends out as it's searching iI think
I can see the "nose" of the helicopter in the top right corner. The sky behind coloured gold a gift by the setting sun. Artistic composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera & editing techniques and sharp focus.

Great story to go along with a very interesting 'fantasy' photo. I absolutely believe it was a rip in space and time. I've seen them happen on Doctor Who many times ;) You achieved some very good MM effects here. Nice work.

Thank you so much David for your great review and Grand rating. Actually you are the first to recognize the guy on the right. That IS Dr. Who! I begged him to take me for a trip in his TARDIS but he said I would probably be more of a hindrance than help. Oh well. I guess I will just remain stuck here on Earth. Thanks again my friend for your Great comments and review ~ Steve
