Perfect composition. The icy blue colors of landscape and water are repeated in the mountains, with an alabaster and tint of violet on the top of the one in the background.
Cordially,

I love the delicate colours in this beautiful winter scene, Pat - the pale blue sky reflecting in the water, the late afternoon sun casting a pinkish hue and the fir trees adding great contrast. Very good lighting and focus. Lovely composition. Suzanne

Pat,
A beautiful snowy scene at Portage & the Placer river with the snow capped mountain behind & in the distance the sun highlighting the snow & the Pines in the foreground their ever green foliage contrasting with the snow. The mountainside & trees on the right reflected on the water that was not ice covered . Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.

Lovely pastel photo, the tops of the snow covered mountains alight with the sun's rays as it slowly sets.Nice capture of the reflection in the open waters below. The wedge of pines adds interest and a darker color focus to this image. As always, your images are a pleasure to view! LeeAnn
