Pat,
A beautiful picture of this Stella Jay stuffing itself with Peanuts in their shells into it's beak without breaking open the shells. The light shining down from above showing off it's beautiful deep turquoise iridescent blue plumage on it's lower breast, tail, wing tips & eyebrows. It's raised crest feathers gives it a surprised look. Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.

A beautiful picture of this Stella Jay stuffing itself with Peanuts in their shells into it's beak without breaking open the shells. The light shining down from above showing off it's beautiful deep turquoise iridescent blue plumage on it's lower breast, tail, wing tips & eyebrows. It's raised crest feathers gives it a surprised look. Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.

Excellent lighting and focus showing a nice crisp image. Love all the colours in the feathers and how he looks as if he has a Mohican with his feathers standing up on his head. Great composition.
