In what shot you capture my favorite time of year. In this one, you captured my favorite animals on this earth. Such a lovely image. I really like how your DOF allowed you to present all the horses, from front to back, in clear focus. The barn is lovely and the dramatic sky really finished off. Good use of filters to enhance the image while still maintaining a very natural look. Nice work!

Slightly oversaturated in this,but somehow don,t mind,because the sky does lift this,i like the horses as well,think I might have waite until the horses got nearer,but other than that a nice shot...Brian

This deserves a six that I don't have! I think the horses are especially fantastic in this. There is such a high definition appearance to this that makes the horses stand out so well and creates a wonderful sense of depth. You are very talented with those filters. I don't know how you create such nice effects and flattering light. It's awesome! I am especially fond of horses so the subject would have won me over even if the work wasn't so excellent, lol!

This deserves a six that I don't have! I think the horses are especially fantastic in this. I would give you 6 stars if it were offered. The brilliant barn red and the storm behind it, oh my. And the horses are so clear and beautifully colored. They seem as if they are running from the storm. I love this.

A very fine shot with excellent composition. The horses are well shown and the colors are rich and saturated. I'm not so sure that the dramatic clouds go with the shadows of the horses. Best of luck in the contest.

They probably thought you had some carrots for them! The sky here is stunning! This is of course, well focused, the image is clear, exposure is well managed, colors and tones are natural.
