This is a great shot, love the texture you have captured in the stonework,as well as the wildflowers in the foreground,Very interesting to read that another church was built inside this one instead of tearing down what remained. This is very well composed and is an excellent contest entry-wishing you all the best with this image!

This is a very interesting building, or the remnants. The history behind it is interesting too. You did a nice job getting so much of the texture to stand out. The color saturation is attractive and the angle makes for a great view of the details.

The flowers in the foreground give a real feel of true British countryside that prelude to a wonderful use of new and old. great to see the area is still in use.

A fine shot from a wonderful perspective that makes the stone walls loom large against the sky. As a rule, I am not a fan of white corners and might try making it a little darker or maybe burning in the corner.

Like the diagonal like angle, the textures, the architectural details, fine focus, clarity and the wild grass/flowers in the foreground.
White balance is handled ok, but tends to be very bright upper right.
I would suggest you use Exposure Bias when shooting when you look in your view finder make sure that scale is at zero.
Also sometimes raising shutter speed helps balance things out.
Nice find and capture, Brian.

This is an amazing structure! It's incredible to view the details of the remains of this church from the 14 th century , nice angle of shot, well focused, the image is clear, exposure is well managed, colors and tones appear natural ,I love the texture in the wall and the arched openings , the wildflowers in foreground are beautiful and really add to this scene. Well composed and presented!

Brian,
A beautiful picture of this unique & historic Church with in a Church. The thatched roof of the church inside is most unusual. The climbing deep pink Rose growing on the walls of the ruin & the Creeping Thistles in the fore ground are bith an added onus. The cloudy overcast sky with glimpses of blue sky are a beautiful & interesting backdrop. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.
