I'm always fascinated by looking at art pictures of lions. I'm always interested in it whether it is painted, sketched or created through digital art. Great job with this image along with the descriptive details that highlights this work.

This is indeed an interesting digital painting, and it is intriguing with a portrait showing the same animal both as cub and an adult.
Your brush work is excellent bringing out all the fine textures of the fur, and also the eyes are painted really well bringing out the fine shine in them.
The tight framing and format is working so well, and the face is well placed on the canvas. Indeed a lovely and well done digital painting.

I'm reading the description of how this came to be and really don't understand it, but love it. What a majestic creature. The eyes say it all. He looks kind and I know that is not always the case. I like that you focused on his face and gave us a close-up of this majestic animal.

This is wonderful to view,definitely like how the cub morphs into the adult,showing the changes that time and life experiences incur.Resembles the blending of two detailed photos. The artist's notes were very informative as well as enjoyable!

This is gorgeous work! I thought it was just a couple of merged photos at first, and then read your notes. No photos, right? Great story, and a very unique way to tell it. The detail is just amazing, and so realistic.
