This looks like an evening shot with the snow showing in blue and the river in blue as well. The trees still have their green leaves which really contrast with the wintery snow. I'm assuming your post processing increased the blues here for this contest. Well composed and presented, best wishes to you!

yes it did,, but the cedar was really green compared to the rest,,,,thanks for your review

A very nice perspective on this winter scene. I like the composition although colors seem much more saturated than natural. This may be just what the contest expects though. Best of luck in the voting.
