I am not quite sure which are the aphids? I guess I've always seen them at arm's length covering the stem or stems of my rosebush, and nearly piled on top of each other. Loners they are not. The pinecone looking things, I think would be the aphids here. I don't know them to have the wooley appearance. So assume that is part of your trumpet flower. Aphids are stem suckers anyway. A neat way to shoot this. Very macro, in sepia. Good use of the frame. Good coloring and focus overall. Thanks for sharing.
