Simply beautiful! Very romantic! Looks like a well made oil painting in a museum! I love the colours complementing each other and the peaceful atmospherics! Thanks for sharing!

This is a beautiful shot of the sunset. I think that. You have the silhouette of the bout adds to the interest of the picture as a whole. Another great scene from Alaska!!

Another exotic name for a place!
It sounds Russian to me...

A blazing sky with a painterly feel.
A natural palette of fantabulous warm tones.
The foregound soft silhouette lends a dramatic contrast to the fiery bbackdrop!
Thanks so much!

Wonderful composition here. I like the detail and the way it contrasts nicely together. The background works well and is so rich and amazing with that dreamy colours without overpowering the compostion as a whole. Good job and thanks for sharing on fan art review

Pat,
A fantastic Sunset picture with the sky alight & burning with the grey clouds above like smoke billowing out from the "fire" below. Between the firey sky & the ice covered inlet the silhouetted mountains rising up from the inlet.the firey sky reflected on the glistening water between the ice floes. Artistic composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.

What a beautiful warm sunset. I like how we can just see the outline of the boat in the water and the tall grass. i like the outline of the mountains. I bet the sun is large as it goes down in Alaska. Excellent depth and cropping. The sky is the focal point for sure. Marvelous presentation. Do you have crickets?

Thank you so very very much my dear friend! The sun never rises much higher then the horizon during the winter here, it really brings color when it sets! Sadly, we don?t have crickets here , or fire flys . I really appreciate your wonderful support !

Your missing out. Between the crickets and the frogs we have a symphony of loud noise when the sun sets Spring and Summer.

I know it! I loved to hear the crickets in California and Connecticut! It?s such an awesome sound!

I love the deep oranges. Looking at the horizon reminds me of looking into a warm inviting campfire. I would have loved if the barge was in the center of the shot.
