I like especially the mysticism of the scene. It is intriguing how the nature melts into the background at right, while the tree and its reflections show well visible detail at the left. The photo has good dept and is well balanced and framed.

All we need is some of John Carpenter's music and we can make this a scary movie..lol..it's like that in my neck of the woods alot. The clarity is great. the capture of the light is great. The angle of the shot of this lake in the fog is cool. The image is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. Good eye and great job overall

Beautiful and mysterious capture! This is lovely and creates a wonderfully film noir kind of feel. One almost expects, in the next frame, a monster will jump out and eat these beautiful birds! Wonderful mood and balance!

I love fog and I wish we had it more than we do. It for me evokes a mood and offers so much to Photograph as well as a learning tool on how to shoot in low light with low visibility.
I like your chosen POV with the tree limbs and their lace like branches. The addition of the coots and ducks all veiled by a soft silky fog make for a fine monochromatic photo.

This is rather interesting to view. I live in walking distance of three lakes and see this fog often. I also see the coot as it is a common bird here. I think you could have adjusted the contrast to make it look better.

Love the fact that this image is monochromatic. The coot in the center almost ruins the image because it is so sharp rather than muted. The framing by the tree limbs and their reflection is neat. This is a good example why you do not put one's camera away on a foggy day. Well done.

Nice capture of the fog. I really like how well the landscape is reflected in the water even with the thickness of the fog. The contrasting darkness of the tree branches look nice.

I have a soft spot for photos with mist of fog because of the very special atmosphere, and this special atmosphere you have captured so well. I also like the fine reflections you have captured in the water.
In spite of the fog it is easy to see that this is a sharp shot with clear details, and the exposure is very good.
The cropping is fine and with the branches on each side, it is a very good balance in the composition. A truly lovely and well taken photo, and with a very good DOF.
