A beautiful picture of this rather worried looking Egyptian Vulture with a furrowed yellow brow & a punk-style "hair Do" watching you closely from it's enclosure in the Zoo. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

This is indeed an impressive looking vulture, and I especially like how well you have captured the feathers. The blow out just behind the head is however a bit distracting, and this light has probably also caused the eyes to be totally black and almost lifeless.

Still the bird us standing out sharp and well defined showing clear and well defined details in the feathers.

I also like the way you have cropped the photo, and how well the bird is placed within the frame. I think it is an all together well taken photo with a good DOF, and I wish you luck with the contest.
