This is a seagull. The legs are a definite indicator. I love the different angle on this photo. Sometimes the angle can give you a much better story than the front on view. Love the out stretching of the wing and the brightly coloured legs. Love

This is humorous. It's like he didn't want his photo taken and was turning his back on you. Well-focused photo and lighting is excellent.

Nice positioning for the photo, but watch out the bird doesn't start to do his bird thing on you. It looks like this is taken right before the phot where the bird gave you the peace sign. Another crisp clear and in focus photo.

Never thought that you were! Yes, I do agree with Susan. Your fine composition does provide us with a rather unusual view of a bird! Sharpness and exposure are good. Nicely taken!

Nice sharp image of the backend of your mystery bird;it looks like it could very well be a gull to me also.Brilliant blue sky, vibrant orange legs,I like all the detail you have captured in the feathers as well as the branch it's perched on.A weary interesting photo!

HA! This is different. I don't know of anyone that wants to show this end of a bird. I can see that it might not be a bad idea. This does look interesting.

Yes it does look like seagull and one who did not want his picture taken. Great shot looking up/ Excellent focus and great lighting giving us a clear sharp shot of his tail feathers. Looks like he is getting ready to fly away. Birds are not easy to catch in the pose that you want them.

From this perspective it is difficult to tell what it might be but the colors might well be consistent with a seagull. Very nice detail in the rear end and fine colors.

Quite different and intriguing angle of a long beak over his shoulder, that does, indeed, resemble a wing;and, too, his upraised tail and side feathers. His vivid red legs are, also, striking.

Interesting capture. Yes. It does look like a twisted neck! The light and shadows, colours and the composition have worked out well. Good effort!
