What a great capture of this female gorilla's expression and she sure looks rather serious or as you say not happy. Excellent details shown here from the great lighting and she really 'pops' from the background. Thanks for sharing.

I think she is happy. The expression on her face is well captured, yet subtle. You have done well with capturing the different tones of black on her body considering the position of the sun. Beautiful photo.. well done
