It is such a beautiful Lotus flower you have pictured here, and it looks so delicate in pale pink colors. The light is falling on it in a lovely way, and it is standing out so well from the nicely softened background.
The photo is of course also sharp showing clear and well defined details both in the petals and the center of the Lotus, and the exposure is very good.
I like the way you have cropped the photo, and also the placement of the flower within the frame. Indeed a lovely and well taken photo with an excellent DOF, and I wish you luck with the contest.

This is a lovely shot of this gorgeous flower. The colors are so soft and pretty. I like the nice blurred background and your framing is great. The lighting could not be more desirable. Well done and best of luck.

Wonderful initial impact: this is gorgeous! Beautiful white petals tipped in pink with a bright yellow center seed pod and white stamens, a lovely placement in the frame and a lovely angle of view, this allows a good sense of how this flowers petals fold back from the center. This is well focused, the image is clear, exposure is perfect, I see good detail in the petals and in the center as well.this is well composed wth good separation from the background. Well presented!
