This is SO Cool! (no pun intended) It looks like a place out straight out of a fairy tale. Is it natural like this or man-made? (Another ATB - #26!)

Lol. This was a man-made attraction put on by a company founded by Brent Christensen. Every winter they build these castles in five states and Alberta Canada. Each castle is over 20 million pounds and there are LED lights embedded in the ice and ice slides for people to slide down. It really is a fun place to see. It isn't as grand as the ice castles in Finland, Switzerland, and China but they are still breathtaking. Anyway! Thank you for taking a look at this one too :)

Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!
Incredible POV with the gorgeous blue sky with stratocumulus type clouds. Love the design of the icicles and the bare like tree branches reaching for the sky.
Superb White balance control, sharp focus and Ahhhhmazeballs details.
Fine capture Greenie!

Wow! What a gorgeous winter scene you have captured so much beauty in this shot. Very well photographed in beautiful natural light, sharp focus, good depth of field, and excellent details and clarity in your image. Dramatic sky with the stark trees behind add a nice contrast. Outstanding work and thanks for sharing. Love this!!

This is just gorgeous. I love all the elements throughout this photo but especially the sky and the patterns of the clouds with blue peeking through. The colors of the bare tree adds a nice contrast also. Thanks for sharing!

Semi surreal scene!
Palpable coldness!

Heavenly natural formations...

An artistic rendition. Monochromatic colors (save for the leafless tree top)...
Excellent details & features. Impressive setting & textures.
Sharply focused.
Nicely framed.
Subtly lit.

Thanks for sharing...

Such an elegant high key cemetery. It's beautiful. I especially like the bare tree in the background for a nice point of interest. Very nice photo.

Oops, meant symmetry. Spell check has a flaw...if it quacks like a duck...

The ice formations are quite lovely. But,the awesome thing about your photograph is the clouds. Each one seems as if it is one of long lengths of ice in the middle ground and background. Your blue tint on the ice is well done.

Joanna
